Η Βιβλιοθήκη Bissell American College of Thessaloniki είναι ένα από τα μεγαλύτερα κέντρα ιδιωτικών πόρων μάθησης στη Νοτιοανατολική Ευρώπη. Άνοιξε το Φθινόπωρο του 2002, κατέχει μια από τις μεγαλύτερες συλλογές βιβλίων αγγλικής γλώσσας στην Ελλάδα, καταλαμβάνοντας το έδαφος και τα ανώτερα επίπεδα ενός κτιρίου 4.500 τετραγωνικών μέτρων.
Το έργο βραβεύτηκε το 2005 με το βραβείο «ΕΥΠΑΛΙΝΟΣ» από την Πανελλήνια Ένωση Αρχιτεκτόνων ΣΑΔΑΣ-ΠΕΑ, ως υλοποιημένο έργο υψηλής ποιότητας και για τη βέλτιστη συνεργασία αρχιτέκτονα-κατασκευαστή.
The Bissell Library American College of Thessaloniki is one of the largest private learning centers in Southeastern Europe. Opened in the Fall of 2002, it occupied one of the largest collections of English language books in Greece, occupying the ground and the upper elements of a 4,750-square-meter building.
The project was awarded in 2005 with the “EFPALINOS” award by the Panhellenic Association of Architects SADAS-PEA, as a implemented project of high quality and for the best cooperation between architect and builder.
